Software Participants may submit data through a web-based data entry tool provided by NCDR™ Commercial software will also begin to be available in 2007. If you are a CathPCI Registry™ or ICD Registry™ participant, we encourage you to contact your vendor if you are interested.

Enrollment and Participation Fees Prospective participants will receive an enrollment packet which provides specific information needed to enroll with an NCDR™ registry. Each participant must sign a contract and pay an annual participation fee. The enrollment materials will contain information on the pricing structure.

Hardware Participants should have Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. or higher to best view the NCDR™ on-line data collection tool.

Office Space Space requirements must accommodate space for a desk with computer, monitor, printer, and file space.
