CathPCI Registry® Software Vendors
View Certification Status for CathPCI Registry Vendors.

NCDR provides registry database specifications to software vendors who are interested in developing a CathPCI Registry software package. NCDR reviews each software application to verify it meets the strict data collection standards and export requirements as defined by NCDR, and certifies only those software vendors that meet its rigorous quality standards. These contracted, certified vendors are the exclusive providers of software that allows institutions to participate in the CathPCI Registry.

When a CathPCI Registry participant purchases software from a certified vendor, the vendor installs it for the participant. The participating facility then uses that software to submit its data to the NCDR on a quarterly basis. Many of the vendors’ software application do much more than collect and export CathPCI Registry data. For this reason, each participant should consider their own software requirements when reviewing the vendor information.

However, participants of the CathPCI Registry may instead choose free access to the NCDR Web-based data collection tool for this registry. Use of this tool, and any updated version, does not involve using a software vendor, and will help hospitals collect the most essential data for internal reporting.

Applications for CathPCI Registry vendor certification:
The NCDR is accepting application for new CathPCI Registry vendors for version 4.0. If you are interested in becoming a certified software vendor, please contact ncdr@acc.org or call 1-800-257-4737

As an aid to our participants, the NCDR has provided a brief description of each vendor in the chart below, as well as a summary of their product information. This information, listed in alphabetical order, has been supplied by the software vendor and has NOT been verified.

ARMUS Corporation provides comprehensive ACC, STS, and custom registry services to independent hospitals, hospital networks, and regional initiatives. All our services are accessed securely over the Internet, requiring no software installation or hospital IT support. Automated interfaces to Hemodynamic Monitor systems streamline data entry and improve data quality. The ARMUS OutcomesCx product is a complete, cloud-based, patient-centric application that allows clients to enter, maintain, view and share data across multiple clinical registries within one application. OutcomesCx is a feature-rich product that provides an easy-to-use, intuitive data entry experience, comprehensive reporting, and interface connectivity to CathLab hemodynamic monitor systems. The ARMUS OutcomesCx features include: Supported ACC Registries: CathPCI, Action, ICD, New York State PCIRS Data Manager Friendly Features: Data Validation list shows missing data fields at patient or specific date range and Data Definitions are all available on the data entry screen. Interoperability: Sharing same definition data between registries occurs with a single click of a button, or you can review and choose the data elements you opt to share. For example, over 100 fields may be shared between CathPCI v4 and Action v2, thus reducing the data entry and abstraction burden to maintain these registries, and improving data accuracy and consistency across. Interface to Hemodynamic Monitor Systems: ARMUS OutcomesCx provides optional interfaces to the hemodynamic monitoring systems, allowing data collected in the CathLab to be transferred to ACC registries instantaneously. This reduces the CathPCI/ACTION data entry and abstraction burden by utilizing the data already collected in the CathLab reducing redundant data entry between the two systems. OutcomesCx validates all data received through the interface per the ACC specifications. ARMUS professional services will work closely with you to set up the interface and the supporting CathLab workflow. Supported interfaces: GE MacLab, Philips WITT, Philips XperIM, McKesson (Nov. 2011), Siemens (Jan. 2012) Reporting: ARMUS OutcomesCx provides comprehensive reports, by hospital and by physician, as well as detailed patient level data extracts, easily downloaded into Excel. ARMUS works in close collaboration with its clients to build and grow its robust report library, and is continuously working to create state-of-art reports to provide facilities with the information that they need---when they need it. Data Migration: ARMUS migrates data from all ACC-certified vendors to OutcomesCx for supported registry data versions. You can then easily span multiple registry versions for report generation. HIPAA Compliance: OutcomesCx is fully HIPAA compliant and follows the highest standard of Industry Best Practices.
