Personnel A Data Manager will be necessary for chart abstraction and entering data into the Web based on-line tool.

Software Participants may submit data through a web-based data entry tool provided by NCDR™ at no additional charge. Commercial software will also begin to be available over the next several months. If you are a CathPCI Registry™ participant, we encourage you to contact your vendor if you are interested.

Enrollment and Participation Fees In order to begin the process of enrolling in the ICD Registry™ you must complete the intent to join application. Once you complete the application you will be e-mailed an enrollment packet with additional instructions within 24 hours.

Hardware Hardware requirements differ among software vendors. CathPCI Registry™ Participants should contact certified software vendors for hardware requirements. ICD Registry™ and CARE Registry™ participants should have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or Netscape 6.x to best view the NCDR™ online data collection tool.

Office Space Space requirements must accommodate space for a desk with computer, monitor, printer, and file space.
