Requesting NCDR® Data to Conduct Research As part of its mission, the NCDR encourages applications from individual researchers and organizations interested in querying registry data to answer clinical questions that can potentially improve cardiovascular patient care. The research pipeline process encompasses: Initial proposal review, approval and prioritization by the NCDR Research and Publication Subcommittee Analysis by an NCDR-designated analytic center Manuscript and abstract oversight Patient, facility and physician confidentiality is always protected. All projects are supervised by our research committee to ensure adherence to NCDR data access and use policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
