The Diabetes Collaborative Registry is the effort of a broad collection of organizations with the common goal of improving patient care and treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. These organizations bring together providers within multiple disciplines and broaden the insights into patient outcomes for diabetes and metabolic complications across specialties.

The American Diabetes Association is dedicated to the prevention and cure of diabetes, and to improving the lives of all people affected by diabetes. To this end, we fund research into all forms of diabetes and its complications, host the world’s largest scientific sessions disseminating new diabetes findings, publish the leading diabetes journals, and publish the most respected, evidence-based clinical practice recommendations for diabetes management. The ADA oversees the largest accreditation system for CMS-approved diabetes education programs to insure the highest quality self-management education for people affected by diabetes.
